Cowboy Bebop Rewrite
Possible screen writer for Cowboy Bebop back in December met with anime producers to work on Hollywood’s live-action adaption. Reported by Keanu Reeves, via MTV News, indicates the the production of the movie may be to much for the studio. So there may be a rewrite from the screen writer.
“There’s a draft of the script, but the writer did such a great job [that] in order to make the movie, you would need half a billion dollars,” Reeves “So the studio went, ‘This movie is fantastic and it would cost half a billion dollars, so he’s doing a rewrite.”

Final Cut for the Kill Bill Movies

Published by susanmoore under Bits & Snippets Edit This

Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair
Thanks to Quentin Tarantino who brung us the Kill Bill volumes plan on an extended version to Kill Bill Chapter 3: The Origin of O Ren animated sequence. Anime done by Production I.G. in its original theatrical run and the new footage that is already completed. Which Taranino plans to look over with the studio after the movie he was working on and when he finish his promotion, Inglourious Basterds plan to release around August in North America.. The original short seen on the silverscreen was reduce to around eight minutes. The new version is not a separate story, but an extension of O-Ren Ishii past and here revenge upon the two men that killed her mother and father. The unnamed sword man and the aging petafiler. Expectation includes over four hours version of Kill Bill, intermission/music between the volumes, gorier anime scenes, other slightly longer scenes, more limbs lost, dropped the baby cliffhanger ending and all colored fighting scene.
Tarantino:
“I actually wrote a much longer script for the anime section during O-Ren’s revenge chapter. Remember the guy with the long hair that kills her father? It’s like, what happened to that dude? Well, I wrote it and it was the biggest, most elaborate thing I wrote — her taking him down.”
