In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Gundam franchise, the 59 feet tall Mobil Suit located at the Shiokaza Park in Daiba (Odaiba), Tokyo will stand tall for public viewing on July 11 to August 31, 2009. The Gundam happens to be near the Fuji TV headquarter. Thanks to the Green Tokyo Gundam Project build the replicate which has head movements bobbing up and down and side to side. |
| The Gundam many series was created by Sunrise studios which spawn, manga, novels, and video games. The Gundam series included several different time line, each with their own storylines all rooted behind giant robots called Mobil Suit Gundam. |

| Akira, the live-action movie will not have Hollywood’s remake of the cult classic animated film. Which was suppose to be produce by Leonardo DiCaprio’s company, Appian Way and by Warner Bros. Pictures. A report confirmed by Bloody Disgusting’s two unknown separate sources along with Ruairi (pronounced RAW-REE) Robinson, which would happen to be his directorial debut, left the project. Appian Way and Warner Bros. planned for its live-action adaption from the manga graphic novel for two films. |

Voltron new series to air on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim in September 2009, called Titan Maximum. From the creators of Robot Chicken; Tom Root is the co-head writer, producer and director. Matthew Senreich is the co-creator, writer, executive producer and director. Set 100 years in the future, Titan Maximum are spaceships that can combine to form a robot. Disbanded, the team is reassemble when rogue team member tries to conquer the solar system. Seth Green and Senreich are the executive producer for the Titan show. Using stop motion animation and Green will voice villians, along with voice talent Breckin Meyer, Rachael Leigh Cook, Eden Espinosa, and Dan Milano. In conjunction with ShadowMachine Film. |
