Also on board the original script supervisor, original director of the series, and others. 20th Century Fox will work with Sunrise, Inc, and 3 Arts Entertainment is collaborating in Hollywood’s adaption on the anime series turn live-action movie. Expected to be released in 2011 and in its pre-production stage. Spike Spiegel is a bounty hunter with a past in the popular sci-fi anime series.

Naruto Shippuden upcoming merchandise licensing
As for more Naruto stuff coming out this year as early as March both Ripple Junction and Great Eastern Entertainment Co. Inc. will be launching its products. Ripple Junction on the apparel front, while Great Eastern got the accessories such as jewelry, cell phone charms or wristbands. For back to school Rock Paper and Pencil launches its Shippuden stationariness. As for collectors items there will be a launch later of figures by Toynami Inc. and Poster by Trend International aquired rights. Andrew McMeet aquired 2010 calendar rights. NamcoBandai and TOMY will be releasing Nauruto Shippuden video game. And to continue by BandaiAmerica to continue collectable cards and Shippuden trading cards.

Death Note II: Japanese version live action movie & Spinoff
Death Note II the movie will be distributed in the U.S. by VIZ media available February 10, 2009. This will be the sequel between L and Light Yamgami who acquired the Death Note. The first Death Note, number one Japanese film in the U.S. Now here is the kicker. The English version will have the original cast from the anime series to voice in for Death Note II. Concluding the battles of wit. And then there is the spinoff; L Change the World and may be an upcoming limited theatrical release.

Blood: The Last Vampire will be released in the U.S., British and French theaters. Universal acquired distribution rights for the U.S. and Canada. A June ‘09 date set to for British and France theaters. A possible June release date by Universal for U.S. theater. Leading as Saya is South Korean actress Jun Ji Hyun in the live action adaption of Blood: The Last Vampire. Saya is a government agent that hunts down vampire at a U.S. airbase, who herself is a vampire. Jun has practice English and train in martial art and close combat with the best of Hollywood’s action trainers. Along with a new screen name for U.S. audiences as Gianna Jun, but keep her original name for her Korean audiences which she is very popular in South Korea.
